These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TRIO Executive website and your reservation of chauffeur transportation services. TRIO Executive is a brand operated by Trio Rental LLC ("TRIO Executive," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote, submitting a reservation, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

TRIO Executive provides premium executive chauffeur transportation across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, including airport transfers, embassy and diplomatic transportation, corporate transportation, hourly chauffeur service, and related executive transportation services.

Reservations & Confirmation

All reservation requests are reviewed by our team before being confirmed. Submitting a request through our website does not guarantee a reservation. Once reviewed, we will confirm your chauffeur and vehicle assignment and communicate any next steps required to finalize your booking.

Deposits & Payment

A deposit may be required depending on the reservation. Accepted payment methods and full payment terms will be communicated to you during the reservation process, prior to your reservation being finalized.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be communicated during the booking process. We recommend contacting our office as early as possible if your plans change.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate trip information, including pickup and drop-off locations, timing, and passenger details, and to treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service in cases of unsafe, abusive, or unlawful conduct.

Vehicles & Chauffeurs

We work to match every reservation with a premium vehicle and professional chauffeur suited to your itinerary. Specific vehicle makes and models are not guaranteed; an equivalent premium vehicle may be provided based on availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRIO Executive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including delays caused by traffic, weather, flight changes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as available" basis. While we are committed to professionalism, reliability, and safety in every reservation, we do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
